Use the subscription blank near the bottom of this the page to fill in your e-mail address. The service I use for the newsletter, Your Mailing List Provider, will send a message to the address you provide asking for confirmation. This makes it impossible for one person to maliciously subscribe another person to a mailing list. All mailing lists should work this way.
If you need to change your address or want to unsubscribe, you can do that by using a special link at the bottom of each newsletter.
